Scansecure started with this question.
In an emergency, every second matters. Yet some of the most important information about a person — their blood group, allergies, medical conditions, or emergency contact — is often locked inside a phone, buried in a wallet, or simply not available.
We realized that the problem wasn't that people didn't want to be prepared.
Phones can be locked. Medical bracelets aren't for everyone. Traditional ID cards don't carry enough information. So we thought — there has to be a simpler way. That's where Scansecure began.

That thought became Scansecure — a smart emergency card with a dynamic QR code that connects a physical card to a person's encrypted emergency profile. No complicated technology. No unnecessary steps.

Where It All Started
The idea came from seeing how helpless an emergency can become when basic information is missing. That stayed with us.
We started asking questions, talking to people, understanding how they currently handle emergency information, and thinking about what a solution would look like if it had to be simple enough for anyone to use.
