When you order a Scansecure Emergency Smart Card and create your profile, we collect the necessary emergency information:

• Identity information: Full name and Card ID.
• Contact information: Phone number, email, and shipping address for physical PVC card delivery.
• Medical information: Blood group, drug/food allergies, current medications, pre-existing medical conditions voluntarily entered.
• Emergency contacts: Names and direct phone numbers of designated guardians and family members.

2. How Your Data Is Protected

All emergency profiles are protected via industry-standard SSL/TLS HTTPS encryption. Your medical data is strictly restricted to who holds your card QR code or direct encrypted URL. Search engines are instructed not to index individual profile URLs.

3. Data Sharing & Access Control

Scansecure never sells or leases your personal medical data to third-party marketing companies. Data is solely displayed when your authorized QR code is scanned by first responders or medical personnel during an emergency.
