Does the person scanning need an app?
No. Anyone with a smartphone camera can scan the QR code — it opens a webpage directly. No app, no login required to view the emergency information.
Can I update my medical info after the card is delivered?
Yes! Your card has a unique ID, and your online profile can be edited anytime from any device. Changes go live instantly — the card itself never needs to be replaced.
How many emergency contacts can I add?
Unlimited! All plans — Solo, Premium, and Family — let you add as many emergency contacts as you need. No restrictions.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 48 hours and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across India. Your profile is set up and ready within 24 hours of your order.
Is my private information secure?
  • To create and maintain your secure emergency profile accessible via QR code scan.
    • Your profile is only accessible via your unique QR code. There's no public search or directory. Only someone physically holding your card can scan and access the info. Editing requires login.
    What if my card is lost or stolen?
    You can deactivate your card's QR link immediately from your account. A replacement card can be ordered at a discounted rate. Your profile data is never deleted automatically.
