6. Partner Terms & Declaration (v1.0)

Please review the mandatory partner code of conduct and data protection obligations:

1. Authorization & Scope

The applicant becomes an authorized Sales & Distribution Partner only upon explicit verification and written approval by ScanSecure Administration. Partner must not make false or unauthorized claims regarding ScanSecure emergency products or medical services.

2. Customer Privacy & Data Protection (DPDP Act Compliance)

Partner acknowledges that emergency medical information is confidential under applicable Indian data protection laws. Partner must never copy, download, scrape, sell, disclose, share, leak, or misuse customer data. Partner is strictly restricted to searching individual customers solely for the purpose of the card-linking operation. Any unauthorized access, scraping, data leak, or misuse will result in immediate partner termination, forfeiture of commissions, and criminal prosecution under Indian law.

3. Account Security

Partner is solely responsible for safeguarding portal login credentials. Partner accounts are strictly non-transferable and must never be shared with third parties.

4. Commission Policy

Partner earns attractive partner commissions per eligible, validly activated NFC card linked to a verified, paying customer as per the active partner agreement. Fraudulent, duplicate, self-fabricated, reversed, or refunded activations are disqualified from commission payouts.

5. Suspension & Termination

ScanSecure reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate partner access and freeze pending payouts in the event of terms violations, suspicious linking activity, customer complaints, or legal non-compliance.
